Joseph Gaskins, a paraplegic for thirty-seven years after a hit-and-run incident, serves as a profound inspiration for Call Me ABLE. Despite the challenges, Joseph's resilience and ability to redefine disability as ABILITY have shaped the organization's mission. His story fuels the drive to challenge societal stigmas and perceptions. Call Me ABLE aims to be a force for positive change, focusing on the untapped potential and "Ability" within our youth, inspired by Joseph’s transformative journey.
